Depending on which payment service provider you choose during your ordering process, we pass on your payment data to the assigned credit institute for payment processing. Partly, these assigned payment service providers also collect data themselves, if you create an account on their website. In this case you need to sign in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. Thus, the privacy policy of the particular payment service provider is valid.

4. E-Mail with registration for the newsletter

 

When you sign up to our newsletter on basis of your consent in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, we use the required data and the data we receive from you to send you our e-mail newsletter, notice that this will not be regularly.

We use this tool in order to share with you our news, like the launch of a new collection or private offers.

The unsubscribing of the newsletter is possible at any time and can occur through messaging us or via the provided link that you can find in all of our newsletters. After you unsubscribe from our newsletter we delete your e-mail address, as far as you did not give your consent to further use of your data or we have reserved any other use that is permitted by law and about what we are informing you within this declaration.
